Partner Profiles Jay J. Pereira, CPA – managing partner has been in public accounting since graduating in 1988. Jay has a specialized knowledge in assisting small to mid-sized businesses attain their goals.  Being a successful small business owner himself, Jay has shared much of his valuable experience and knowledge with his clients to help them navigate through the pains of growth. Working closely with business owners and advising them on how to take the next step has been the secret to  happy client relationships. A certified QuickBooks Advisor, Jay has trained and assisted many clients in implementing and using QuickBooks to monitor their businesses.  Jay also has a comprehensive computer background and has helped his clients setup computer networks and purchase hardware and software as their companies grew.  He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Stephanie L. Pereira, CPA  - has been in public accounting since 1995, providing audit and advisory services and accounting and tax services to clients in a wide variety of industries.  A former manager at "Big Four" accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, Stephanie worked extensively with public companies, assisting with SEC filings, business combinations, internal controls, and public offerings.  In addition to her work with public clients, she performed audit and review services for non-public companies.  During her tenure at Deloitte, she provided services to South Florida companies such as Dycom Industries, Inc., Fidelity Bankshares, Inc., Travelpro International, Inc., American Media Operations, Inc., and Florida Power & Light.   Before joining Deloitte, Stephanie worked for a local CPA firm where she helped small businesses with their financial statement and tax return needs.  Stephanie earned a Master's of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Northwestern University.  She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Fred O. Lindsley, CPA (retired) - founding partner has twenty-eight years experience in public accounting and is a self-taught software developer of seventeen years.
